Knox County Board

Tanner Bouchie serves as in-house counsel for True Rx Health Strategists. He is the Chairman of the Knox County Board of Health, Vice-President and Treasurer of the Knox County Bar Association, and past President of the Knox County Drug Court Foundation. He and his wife, Lauren, reside in Vincennes with their daughter, Annabelle. They attend Wheatland Christian Church.

Kaley Decker is a licensed acupuncturist and local business owner. Kaley was born and raised in Knox County. After receiving her Masters degree in Oriental Medicine, she moved back home in 2011 and opened Restoration Acupuncture & Wellness. She has a strong passion for giving back to her community and educating people on the benefits of integrative medicine. Kaley is married and has two boys, Brady and Brooks. She is excited to join United Way and be part of an organization that makes such a difference in her hometown.
