Knox County Board

David is a  lifelong resident of Vincennes, He retired from the Vincennes Community School Corporation, in June of 2023, after a 37 year career.

Chris Hertel was born and raised in Evansville, IN.  He has lived in Knox County for over 20 years.  He received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Saint Meinrad College and has over 30 years of experience in sales, banking and relationship building.  Chris is the Banking Center Manager, V.P. for Old National Bank in Vincennes.  He currently proudly serves as the treasurer for the United Way.

Tanner Bouchie serves as in-house counsel for True Rx Health Strategists. He is the Chairman of the Knox County Board of Health, Vice-President and Treasurer of the Knox County Bar Association, and past President of the Knox County Drug Court Foundation. He and his wife, Lauren, reside in Vincennes with their daughter, Annabelle. They attend Wheatland Christian Church.

Kaley Decker is a licensed acupuncturist and local business owner. Kaley was born and raised in Knox County. After receiving her Masters degree in Oriental Medicine, she moved back home in 2011 and opened Restoration Acupuncture & Wellness. She has a strong passion for giving back to her community and educating people on the benefits of integrative medicine. Kaley is married and has two boys, Brady and Brooks. She is excited to join United Way and be part of an organization that makes such a difference in her hometown. 

Tricia Hall is an administrator who currently works at North Knox School Corporation in Bicknell, Indiana as the North Knox Jr-Sr High School Assistant Principal. Prior to making the transition to administration, Mrs.

Jodie Chesser is the Director of the Youth and Community Services at KCARC.  She got involved with the United Way because she wanted the opportunity to give back to such a great community. Jodie serves on the Campaign Cabinet and looks forward in assisting with events and promoting Knox County.
