Crawford County Board

Michele  has lived here in the community for 24 years and has found Crawford County to be a great place to raise a family. She is married to my best friend Chad with 2 wonderful sons and daughters-in-laws. She received her BSN Degree from Millikin University in 1995.

Harlei Payne is the Assistant CRA Officer at First Robinson Savings Bank, which she has been employed with since 2015. She joined the Crawford County United Way Board in 2020 and also serves as the secretary / Vice President.

Mike was raised in Robinson, having been born in Indiana.  He is a lifelong resident of Crawford County.  Mike graduated from Robinson High School, received an Associates Degree from Lincoln Trail college and a BA from Eastern Illinois University.  He is serving as Mayor of Robinson and has served as the Parks and Recreation Supervisor for 45 years, also serving as Zoning Administrator, and the Enterprise Zone Administrator.   Mike likes to be involved in community projects which support the growth of our area.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Bryan found his way to our Crawford County community in May 1994.  Marrying a Crawford County native in 1998, Bryan has become very passionate about our community.  First serving
