REGISTRATION

• Please submit your plan list and the # of volunteers listed for each project on or before May 15 to www.unitedwayofcrawfordcountyil.org or email them to Barbara Shimer at bshimer@unitedwayofcrawfordcountyil.org.
• Volunteer availability may affect project completion.  Your assistance is appreciated!
• We will review the applications that come in and make a short visit (May 15 - 22.)
• We plan to have the jobs listed for volunteers on our website May 22.
• If you have a project requiring special skills or equipment, let us know so we can look into borrowing the equipment.
• Have someone from your organization to work with the volunteers on your Day of Caring.
• Be prepared.  Have directions and supplies ready for the # of volunteers you request.  We do not have a budget to buy products.  Our volunteers will be asked to bring gloves, hats, and sunblock.
• If possible, be a nice host and provide water and/or lunch.
• Please consider volunteering to work a shift for the food dive!

REGISTRATION FORM OPENS MAY 22

We will have jobs for every level of skill and time length!  Bring your gloves, hat, and sunglasses for outside jobs.  You will get a t-shirt for volunteering.  If you have a half or whole day, please help us out!  We need help with the food drive on Friday as well.  The food will be split between the 6 food pantries in Crawford County.
