Amy Macak is the General Manager at the Illinois Refining Division for Marathon Petroleum Company. During her nineteen years of experience with Marathon, Amy has held both engineering and leadership roles in Engineering, Maintenance and Operations Departments. Amy started her career at the Robinson, IL refinery in Engineering. Amy has worked at the Galveston Bay, TX, Catlettsburg, KY and St. Paul Park, MN Marathon facilities. In 2019, Amy was appointed to the General Manager role in St. Paul Park, MN. In August of 2021, Amy was appointed to the General Manager role in Robinson, IL. Amy is married to Jason Macak, and they have one daughter, Madison. Amy holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology. She also holds a Professional Engineer license in the State of Illinois.
