Request Form
Due to the generous contributions of our community (individuals and companies,) the United Way f Crawford County has established a Relief Fund to assist Crawford County 501(c) (3) agencies and organizations that provide food, basic needs, and essential other emergency relief for families in Crawford County. A committee has been created that will review these request forms for mini grants to sustain these services during the recovery period.
